Owner & Lead BuilderMike Cooper didn’t just start a construction company—he built a legacy. A lifelong Kansas Citian and licensed general contractor, Mike founded PerfectSigns Constructions with one mission: to raise the standard for honesty, quality, and accountability in local building.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience—from framing crews to project management—Mike still walks every job site, reviews every blueprint, and answers every client call personally. He’s a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City and a proud supporter of local trades education programs.
